About The Role ?Max People are seeking an experienced and reliable Hammerhand to join our client's construction team based in the Auckland Airport precinct. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a minimum of 30 hours per week, with consistent long-term work for the right candidate.
You will be working with an established and professional construction crew on a range of commercial projects in a safety-focused environment.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with general site works and construction tasks
- Supporting formwork, framing, cladding, and concrete work
- Site preparation, clean-up, and general labouring duties
- Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Following site health and safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
What We Require
- Minimum 1-2 years' relevant hammerhand or construction experience preferred
- Ability to undertake a wide range of site tasks
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe (assistance available if required)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean criminal record
- Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment
