About The Role Max People are looking for experienced Formworkers to join a respected civil contractor delivering a major infrastructure project in Warkworth, Auckland. This project is a key part of the Warkworth wastewater upgrade, helping support future growth while reducing wet weather overflows into the Mahurangi River and harbour. You'll be working on a well-organised site alongside an experienced team, contributing to a project that will have a lasting impact on the local community. We are seeking reliable workers with solid experience across formwork, reinforcing steel (reo), and concrete who are looking for long-term, stable work.
Wages $32+ per hour depending on experience, paid weekly Location Warkworth, Auckland

What You Will Be Doing
- Installing, setting out, and stripping formwork
- Working with Doka, Peri, and traditional systems
- Tying and placing reinforcing steel (reo)
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
What We Require
- Proven experience in formwork on civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong reo and concrete experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of site health & safety
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean criminal record preferred
