We’re a growing property development company working across a wide range of projects — from major renovations, to subdivisions, extensions and reloctables. With multiple major projects always on the go, we don’t rely on the wider construction industry to stay busy. Our projects are our own, and we sell directly to investors and families, which means steady, varied, and rewarding work all year round.
What we’re looking for: We’re seeking either a competent, qualified builder or a driven building apprentice in their 2/3rd year to join our expanding Tauranga team.
The ideal candidate is someone who: Can confidently problem-solve on site Enjoys the challenge of no two days being the same Works well independently and within a small team Takes pride in quality workmanship Is keen to grow with a company offering long-term opportunities
What you’ll be doing: Renovations (small to major) New build work and small-scale development construction Subdivision-related building tasks
