Description
Preco is a multi-disciplined Precast manufacturing company servicing both the civil infrastructure and the commercial building markets throughout New Zealand. We are looking for an experienced Precast concrete Construction Hands to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling / constructing precast concrete moulds
- Placing, vibrating, and finishing concrete.
- General Precast activities
- Cleaning moulds
- Maintaining a clean work site
- Using power / battery tools
- Staff management (productivities)
- Health and safety compliance
- Environmental compliance
- Machine operations (that are trained/competent to use)
Qualifications/Experiences
- Some knowledge of Precast Concrete construction
- Experienced in concrete placing and finishing is a plus
- Experienced in Tying reinforcing cages is a bonus
- Carpentry / formwork
- 1 + years’ experience in the construction industry
- Good level of English
In return
- Full time permanent position with a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed weekly, Monday to Friday - based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
- Weekly pay with full benefits, depending on experience & the right fit candidate the pay rate is between $27-$35 per hour
