Description: Fairbairn Builders is a well-established residential construction company based in Tauranga. We specialise in high-end architectural new builds and renovations across the Bay of Plenty.
We’re looking for a qualified builder/carpenter, with proven experience in residential construction to join our team. If you take pride in your work, value a well-organised site, and want to be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team, we’d love to hear from you.
What We Offer:
- Full-time hours: Approx (Monday–Thursday 7:30am–5:00pm, Friday 7:30am–4:00pm)
- A strong pipeline of projects across Tauranga, Papamoa, and Mount Maunganui

What You’ll Need:
- Trade-qualified carpenter/builder with high-end residential experience
- Your own full set of tools
- A reliable vehicle that allows you the ability to pick up materials when needed
- Full NZ driver’s license
- Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills
- Honest, hardworking, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
