About the Role: Daley Property Services (DPSL) is looking for a reliable, hands-on Qualified Builder to join our Tauranga team full-time. From small maintenance jobs to full-scale builds across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a skilled, supportive team delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of building projects from the ground up.
• Lead and guide contract crews when extra hands are needed.
• Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and subcontractors.
• Manage your workload independently while following instructions accurately.
• Keep Health & Safety front of mind—without taking yourself too seriously.
• Meet project deadlines and adapt to changes on site.
• Use tech confidently (phones, computers, and in-house systems).

Who We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Builder with proven experience on Kiwi worksites.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and physically fit.
• Full NZ driver’s license.
• NZ resident or valid NZ work visa.
• Willing to travel short-term across the Bay of Plenty if needed.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Height, EWP, and First Aid certifications preferred but not essential
• Own hand tools
