About the Role: Daley Property Services (DPSL) is looking for a reliable, hands-on Qualified Builder to join our Tauranga team full-time. From small maintenance jobs to full-scale builds across residential, commercial, and industrial projects, no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a skilled, supportive team delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of building projects from the ground up.
- Lead and guide contract crews when extra hands are needed.
- Communicate clearly with clients, teammates, and subcontractors.
- Manage your workload independently while following instructions accurately.
- Keep Health & Safety front of mind—without taking yourself too seriously.
- Meet project deadlines and adapt to changes on site.
- Use tech confidently (phones, computers, and in-house systems).
Who We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Builder with proven experience on Kiwi worksites.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and physically fit.
- Full NZ driver’s license.
- NZ resident or valid NZ work visa.
- Willing to travel short-term across the Bay of Plenty if needed.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Height, EWP, and First Aid certifications preferred but not essential
- Own hand tools
