About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Skilled Labourer / Handyman to join our Tauranga team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on role supporting a variety of construction activities across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll be working as part of a dedicated team to ensure smooth site operations and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• General site set-up, clean-up, and preparation
• Carrying out minor maintenance works unsupervised
• Assisting tradespeople and site supervisors as required
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Operating hand and power tools
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or general labouring essential
• Strong work ethic and good physical fitness
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Own transport (company van available for the right candidate)
• Ability to travel throughout the wider Bay of Plenty region
• Height, EWP, and First Aid certifications preferred but not essential
