About the role: Max People are looking for Residential Carpenters at all skill levels. Join our team for a pivotal role in diverse projects, from multimillion-dollar housing developments to large renovations and light commercial works. Gain exposure to unique residential processes and designs. If you crave a positive company culture and friendly environment, our client welcomes ambitious individuals. Building apprenticeships may be available for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:
- Foundation repairs and replacements
- Jacking & packing
- Exterior cladding
- Installing cabinets
- Hanging doors
- House repiling and releveling
- Framing rooms wrap, baton and clad
- Hang, repair and replace drywall/ gib as needed
- Install floors, including wood floors, carpeting, concrete and other flooring types
- Strip out old or damaged timber
- Repair existing property elements where possible
- Install and replace trim, moulding, windows and other various finishing work
Job requirements:
- Full set of carpentry tools needed
- NZ carpentry qualified
- Understanding of the NZ building code
- Finishing carpentry experience required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Valid Site safe passport - we can assist with this
- Reliable transport
- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug test
