About The Role Max People are seeking Experienced Commercial Carpenters to join established crews working on large-scale commercial builds across Rolleston, West Melton, Timaru, and the wider South Canterbury region. These are long-term opportunities with reputable contractors and a strong forward pipeline of work. You'll be part of professional teams delivering quality commercial projects, with consistent hours and ongoing work for the right people.
Wages $32 - $36 per hour (experience dependent) Weekly pay Location Multiple sites across Canterbury & South Canterbury (Rolleston, West Melton, Timaru, and surrounding areas)

What You Will Be Doing
- Commercial framing and structural carpentry
- Installing formwork, linings, and fix-out
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Working to set-out, levels, and specifications
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site
What We Require
- Proven experience in commercial carpentry
- Strong ability to read plans and drawings
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Own tools and reliable transport
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
