About The Role: We're on the hunt for a skilled Lead Hand Carpenter to step up and take charge on a long-term commercial build in Christchurch. You'll be hands-on, leading a small team and ensuring quality work across the board. If you know your way around a site, can read plans like a pro, and are confident motivating a crew, we want to hear from you!
Wages: $32.00-$36.00 per hour (based on experience) Location: Christchurch

What You Will Be Doing:
- Running day-to-day carpentry tasks onsite
- Reading and working from plans to spec
- Mentoring and leading a small team
- Installing framing, formwork, fixings, and more
What We Require:
- Proven commercial carpentry experience
- Strong leadership or Leading Hand background
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
- Shows up every day and gets stuck in
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
