Carpenters and Form workers

Base Construction is a family-owned Christchurch-based company, specialising in concrete construction across residential, commercial, and civil sectors.

We’re seeking an experienced form worker or carpenter to join our young, enthusiastic team. You’ll bring solid residential and commercial construction experience delivering a wide range of concrete projects to the highest standards.

Projects Include:

Residential foundations and floor slabs Civil foundations and insitu works Precast panel manufacture and erection Commercial slabs and structural concrete work Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery (e.g. EWP, excavator, roller, telehandler) QA and H&S requirements Maintain accurate site records You Will Have:

Strong experience in concrete construction The ability to read plans, set out, and build accurately Excellent leadership and team coordination skills Dogman, EWP, WTR, and Site Safe tickets (preferred) Requirements:
