Laing Properties Ltd is a family-owned Canterbury Building and Relocation business which has been involved with the building and relocation of more than 5000 buildings over the past 40 years.
We offer a range of housing solutions for the wider Canterbury market including New Onsite Homes, Transportable Buildings and Refurbishment of Relocatable Second-hand homes.
We are looking for an apprentice to join our team who have at least one of the following: - Completed a Pre-trade course - In their minimum 2nd year of an apprenticeship - Have 1-2 years laboring or construction experience

- Passion for the industry who has goals for a future in the industry
- Strong attention to detail
- A desire to become part of a successful, high-performance team
- Hold a current NZ Drivers Licence
- Must hold NZ Residency or permanent work visa
