With an exciting lineup of projects locked and loaded, McRaeway Homes is on the hunt for our next crew member — an experienced apprentice builder and/or carpenter(s) who are keen to grow, learn, and be part of a solid local team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with proven building experience (apprentices at any stage welcome)
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well within a small, supportive team
• Reliable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
• A positive attitude — we like people who enjoy a bit of banter on site!
