We have an excellent opportunity in the Manawatu region to leverage off our trading history, systems, marketing and leads to grow a substantial profitable business. Whether you want to take the step up from an employee or Labour Only contractor, or expand your existing building business, then I would encourage you to call me and have an initial no commitment conversation.
As we fund the start up and are responsible to the rest of the network to maintain and grow our brand/reputation, to qualify for this opportunity you will need to:
- Hold a current LBP license.
- Enjoy working with customers
- Be able to lead jobs
- Be experienced in residential building renovation
- Have a desire to make a difference/add value
- Want to grow a business with a high resale value
This is a Monday to Friday business with the opportunity for teaming up with your partner with functions in sales and/or project and general business administration - it is no accident that our best performing business units have the best people in this critical role.
