We are looking for experienced carpenters to join our team working across multiple long-term projects in Taihape.
This is an job opportunity to secure ongoing work with a strong pipeline ahead, working primarily on light commercial timber projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Timber framing and general carpentry work
- Working across multiple projects as required
- Reading plans and working from drawings
- Completing work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Working alongside a solid team on long-term projects
What we are looking for:
- Qualified carpenter preferred, but experienced carpenters considered
- Strong timber construction experience
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to produce quality workmanship and work efficiently
What’s on offer:
- $35–$45 per hour depending on experience
- Labour only OR wages available
- Long-term pipeline of work
