Senior Builder - Renovations & Extensions

We're looking for an experienced senior builder to join our growing renovation team.

Our work includes bathrooms, kitchens, renovations, extensions and general residential project work across the Nelson/Tasman region.

We are looking for someone who:

• takes pride in quality workmanship
• can think ahead and solve problems
• communicates well with clients and trades
• can help projects run smoothly on site
• is organised, reliable and practical
• understands the bigger picture, not just the task in front of them

This role would suit someone who enjoys varied renovation work and wants responsibility without the stress of constantly chasing the next job, pricing work at night or spending weekends dealing with admin.

Applicants must:

• be a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP)
• have strong residential renovation experience
• hold a full driver's licence
• have good communication and practical judgement
• already have the legal right to work in New Zealand
