LBP Qualified Builder

The Role We are on the hunt for an experienced LBP Builder to assist Jack House Transit and The Relocatable Home Co. with their building projects. We are looking for a skilled individual who can work independently or as part of a team.

About you Ideally you will have some or all of the following skills:

• A current LBP licence
• Proven experience in the building and/or demolition industry
• Knowledge and commitment to follow NZ health & safety regulations
• Willing to travel regularly for work, including overnight stays and some night shifts
• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently or part of a team
• Good communication, people and organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, well-presented and enthusiastic
• A positive, can-do attitude

Projects will include but are not limited to:

• Supporting the house removal crews with their building requirements
• Supporting the preparation and reinstatement of houses/villas/bungalows for removal
• House Repiling / House lifting projects
• House Renovation projects
• New Building Projects
• Overseeing the completion of projects efficiently and according to set programmes and methodologies.
