Join our small but dynamic team and Nixon Homes as an Apprentice Builder! 1st year Apprentice - We are seeking someone fresh and keen to get into the building trade, no experience needed. 2nd year apprentice - We're seeking someone with ideally 1-2 years of building experience who's ready to grow their skills and contribute to exciting projects.

Qualifications for 1st year: Be keen to learn Be able to listen and follow instructions Have own transport and licence

Qualifications for 2nd year apprentice:

1-2 years of hands-on building experience Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques Responsibilities:

Assist experienced builders with various tasks on construction sites Learn and apply building techniques under supervision Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times Take initiative to improve skills and contribute to project success Benefits:
