Qualified builder

We are a small, well-established business with a strong pipeline of work in the Waikato for 2026. Therefore, we are in need of a Qualified Carpenter to join our team.

We need a trade-qualified carpenter with the potential to run jobs (various sizes), independent, efficient, within scope, and on time. You’ll also be required to oversee apprentices who are at various stages of their apprenticeship. You’ll report directly to the business owner, work towards managing projects, and provide knowledge and support as required.

Our work ranges from new builds to alterations of various sizes in mid to high-end homes. This work requires someone with a variety of skills, who is proactive, a great problem solver, and can apply their knowledge and experience of the Building Code. We work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure success on every job.

Please note this is a wages position, and a work van and fuel card will be provided. Training provided where required to further your skills. Conder Construction is a Registered Master Builder and a BOINZ Associate member.
