Our Butchers Kitchen retail shop is seeking a talented and versatile pastry chef to take charge of our kitchen and elevate our offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and produce a variety of high-quality pastries, pies, lasagnas, and other savory dishes.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory ,costings, ordering, and food safety.
  • Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Experience in creating both sweet and savory dishes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for food and a commitment to quality.
