Full time position involves: Sales and the quoting for work for potential new customers Customer Service ensuring a high standard of cleaning and dealing with any issues or complaints. Team leadership and support for the recruitment, training and induction of new cleaning Staff and working with them at jobs and supervising their ongoing work. Coordinate cleaning service appointments and communicate with clients and cleaning staff. Ensure that all documentation contracts, and client records are properly organised. Using the Companies system's GeoOp, Tradefy, Employers Tool-Box, Payhero and Xero. Managing the sales and marketing for the business using social media. Preparing reports on client feedback, marketing performance, and service quality. Assist in the development and implementation of Sales campaigns. Maintain the company's website and update marketing materials as needed. Create and manage social media content to promote the company's services and special offers.

To be a successful applicant you will require:

*Minimum of 2 years work experience in the Residential cleaning industry *Sales experience and administration skills - if you are familiar with any of these systems that would be beneficial : GeoOp, Tradefy, Employers Tool-Box, Payhero and Xero. *Drivers Licence *Your own vehicle to be available to use for work *New Zealand Citizen or Resident Visa Holder *While it is not a requirement to apply for the position it would also be beneficial if you were fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese as the majority of our Staff are from Latin America.
