Millennium Services Group are now seeking to appoint a Site Specialist Cleaner for Westfield Shopping Centre – Newmarket.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, provide excellent Specialist Cleaning to this busy, prestigious site and deliver excellence for our client and the public.

Do you have knowledge and experience with the below? If you have experience in some of the below tasks, we can teach you the skills you don’t have:

• Carpet cleaning
• Floor resealing/polish laying
• High dusting work (working at Heights)
• Water blasting
• Window cleaning
• Building washes
• Glass and window cleaning
• Operating ride on scrubbers and sweepers

What you need to know: This role will see you based in Newmarket, with some travel to other sites as required from time to time. The role is Permanent and Full Time – 40 paid hours/week.

The shifts are: Sunday to Thursday from 10pm to 6.30am. And at times may require some flexibility as required. You must be available for all shifts.

To be successful in this role you must be:

• Comfortable working individually or in a team.
• Have some of the skills listed above.
• Be aged 18 years plus – due to Health & Safety policies.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Motivated and keen to develop into a career role.
• Physically fit – as it is hard work.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to undertake travel at times.
• Hold a Full NZ Driver License – not negotiable – as you may be required to drive company vehicles from time to time.
• Pass and maintain a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check.
