Millennium Services Group are now seeking to appoint a Team Leader/Supervisor Specialist Cleaner for the Auckland and Northland Regions, this is an exciting hands-on opportunity for you to join and lead our Specialist Team in the region who will work with you on sites.

• Carpet cleaning.
• Floor resealing/polish laying.
• High dusting work (working at Heights).
• Water blasting.

• Proven Supervisory/Team Lead skills.
• Experience training others.

What you need to know: This role will see you based in Auckland and our offices in Penrose. You will lead a small team of professional Specialists, train as required, assist and work side-by-side with your team, ensuring client expectations are surpassed – every time!

This occasionally requires travel overnight into the Waikato areas or Northland area. This is working on large shopping centres and small operational sites.

You will report to a Regional Manager, liaise and work from a schedule to ensure all PPM and emergency work is covered, managed and feedback provided to your manager.

The role is full time – a minimum of 75 hours fortnightly, mostly 10pm-6.30am, Sunday-Thursday – your rostered days off are Friday and Saturday nights. In order to fulfil the business needs – you will need to be flexible with your time – weekends on occasion too, but is rare.

The role comes with a company vehicle, competitive rate, company phone and full uniform for all tasks and weather. We believe we also have some of the best industry equipment in our teams kit.

• Comfortable working individually and as part of a Team.
• Reliable and a good communicator across the spectrum of roles.
• You will require Word, Outlook and H&S skills.
• You will be energetic, motivated and self-driven.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Be experienced in the tasks of a Specialist & prepared to work hands on each night.
• Physically fit and motivated.
• Hold a Full NZ Driver License, is a must.
• Pass and maintain a Ministry of Justice Criminal History Check.
