Join a Leading Iconic Company! Are you seeking a role with a supportive team and opportunities for long-term growth? Our client, a well-known food manufacturer in Karaka and Tuakau, is looking for dedicated Factory Cleaners to join their friendly and professional team.
What You'll Do: Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the Food Production Site
- Disinfecting machines and work area using strong chemicals / hazardous products (training provided).
- Performing repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg).
- Other general factory cleaning and maintenance tasks as required.
- Work in a strong smelling environment
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Prior food manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of Health and Safety on factory sites.
- GMP or HACCP Knowledge: Desirable but not essential (training available).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and lift up to 20kg.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and be available at short notice.
- Reliability: Strong attendance record, supported by reference checks.
- Transportation: Must have own transport to get to work
