OCS Whakatane is seeking a motivated and reliable Specialist Services Cleaner to deliver high-quality cleaning services and consistently exceed client expectations. OCS is a leading provider of professional cleaning and facilities management services, operating across both the North and South Islands of New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• General and specialist commercial cleaning
• Floor scrubbing and polishing using machinery
• High-level wall and surface dusting
• Carpet cleaning using commercial machines
• Window cleaning
• Strip and seal floor treatments
• Water blasting
• Working at heights using appropriate safety equipment
• Trade cleans and other specialist tasks as required
• Window cleaning

Training & Experience

Comprehensive training will be provided. However, prior experience in commercial cleaning, machine operation, or related trades/services will be highly advantageous.

Work Schedule

• 30 Hours per week with the potential to increase
• Flexibility is essential, as working hours may vary
• Shifts may include day, night, and weekend work to meet operational requirements

Requirements

• Full, clean New Zealand Driver Licence
• Comfortable working at heights and using harness equipment
• Ability to pass a Police Check and Ministry of Justice check
• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
