Remarkable People is seeking a Cleaner to join our team. This role is based in Christchurch City and involves providing high-quality cleaning services to our valued clients.
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe and pleasant environment for our customers and staff.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising across a variety of commercial premises.
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Replenish consumable supplies as needed.
- Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to the supervisory team.
- Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, ideally within a commercial or corporate setting.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to pass written and verbal English tests (H&S requirement)
- Must have own car and full licence.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean criminal check.
