Description
We are looking for a Service Manager who has got a great ability and have convincing power for the betterment of business. Key Duties will include the following:
- Development and evaluation of Company’s policies, procedures and standards in relation with customers and services provided.
- Maintaining quality and service standards by resolving the customer problems.
- Planning, Monitoring and appraising job results for staff.
- Driven and self-managing with the confidence to make decisions without contacting to any senior staff.
- Problem solving efficiency would be the key strength and also understand the importance of being able to work with all divisions of the business.
- Manage and develop staff providing services.
- Directly supervise service department and assist with hiring and training of staff members on required ground.
- Plan and implement after services to follow up customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to do flexible hours, weekends and public holidays and night shifts.
- Must be always prepared to travel within Canterbury region and must have their own vehicle.
- Must be able to operate light machines i:e buffing machine , scrubbing machine etc.
- Must pass Police Check and Drug/Alcohol test
- Must have at least two years of relevant experience, or management level experience
Minimum of 30 hours per week for the right candidate will be provided.
