Access Technician - Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance

• Cleaning and maintaining residential homes and major commercial buildings

You’re not stuck in one place. One day, you’re on a residential roof. Next, you’re on some of the biggest commercial buildings in town. No two days are the same.

What to Expect

This is real, hands-on outdoor work. You’ll be climbing, setting up height and rope systems, working across different sites, and sometimes pushing on in less-than-perfect weather. It’s not backbreaking, but it does require focus, responsibility, and a willingness to put in proper effort.

You’ll be working alongside a crew who get stuck in, take the work seriously, and actually enjoy being out there getting it done. The Pros

Working-at-heights, construction, or customer-facing experience is a bonus — but it’s not required. The right mindset beats a perfect CV every time.
