We are looking for reliable Casual Cleaners to join our team in Christchurch. This role suits people who are flexible, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented environments. You will support a range of busy client sites and work as part of a team delivering high standards of cleaning and presentation.

About the Role

• Casual, shift-based work
• Christchurch location
• Morning, evening, night, weekend and public holiday shifts may be available
• Work may be scheduled based on operational requirements
• Training, support and induction provided

Key Duties

• Collect and remove rubbish, litter, and debris from assigned areas efficiently and safely
• Carry out cleaning duties across public areas, amenities, offices, and common areas
• Remove rubbish from seating areas, walkways, and all connecting public spaces
• Assist with restoring spaces to a clean, tidy, and safe condition within required timeframes
• Respond to spills, unexpected mess, and urgent cleaning requests as needed
• Work as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently and to the required standard

What wWe are Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours at short notice when needed
• Comfortable working in busy, fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Able to always follow instructions and health and safety requirements
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling, standing, walking, and general cleaning duties
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
