Description
Nelson Bays Cleaning Services is seeking an experienced cleaner to join our established Nelson-based team. This role suits reliable professionals who take pride in high standards and are confident working independently across commercial sites.
- Available for immediate start; otherwise commencing 12th January.
- Paid training provided.
- Part-time: working hours are in the vicinity of 6pm-10pm weekdays.
- Additional hours to be added.
- This role is open to contractors.
- This role is open to working couples.
- $24 to $30 per hour: depending on expertise.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carrying out thorough cleaning across assigned sites
- Following all workplace Health & Safety procedures
- Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting requirements to your supervisor
- Managing locks and alarms for accessing and closing commercial sites.
- Performing a physically active, hands-on role
YOU NEED:
- Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand
- Full drivers license
- Ability to obtain and maintain a clear Ministry of Justice / NZ Police check
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable time management and punctuality
- Confidence working independently and using initiative
