About the role We're looking for reliable and detail-focused cleaners to join our team at a council building and a sports centre. This part-time role is ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• General cleaning of offices, bathrooms, and shared spaces
• Vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
• Rubbish removal and restocking supplies
• Following site-specific health and safety procedures

Schedule There are two sites:

• Monday to Friday from 6.00pm to 9.00pm at a council building in central Hamilton
• Monday to Sunday from or after 9.00pm for 2 hours at a sports centre in Te Rapa

These shifts could be split across 2 or more cleaners, depending on your availability.

Flexibility to help the team with leave cover at these sites or other customer sites would be preferable (i.e. able to pick up extra shifts).

What you'll need

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• NZ Residency or valid work visa
• Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MoJ) check and any other security checks that may be required to work at these sites
