We are looking for multiple Contract Cleaners to join our busy cleaning team based in Hamilton, working within the education sector. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working independently, and has strong attention to detail. Hours are Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 3 hours per night.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• General cleaning duties across educational facilities
• Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces
• Cleaning and maintaining restrooms to required standards
• Removing rubbish and recycling
• Polishing furniture and spot cleaning as required
• Operating basic electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment
• Following site-specific cleaning schedules and instructions
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hygienic environment

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Your own reliable transport
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Physical capability to carry out moderate to heavy cleaning duties
• A well-presented, proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Willingness to follow instructions and site requirements
• Ability to pass Ministry of Justice and other relevant security checks

This role is subject to pre-employment checks and may require a clean criminal record. Final appointment is contingent on satisfactory results.
