What you’ll be doing

• Installing, testing, and commissioning new industrial electrical equipment and systems
• Working on project-based, installation-focused electrical work
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Delivering tidy, consistent, high-quality installations to a professional standard
• Troubleshooting and resolving installation and commissioning issues on site
• Working safely and ensuring all work meets relevant standards and regulations
• Collaborating with your team to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard

What we’re looking for

• NZ Electrical Registration and the legal right to work in New Zealand
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Electrician, ideally in project‑driven, installation‑focused environments
• A sharp eye for detail and genuine pride in producing high‑quality, well‑finished installations
• Proven top‑tier installation skills - tidy layouts, accurate set‑out, consistent workmanship, and a “do it once, do it right” approach
• Confidence working from drawings, schematics, and specifications, with the ability to think ahead and build for long‑term reliability
• Strong practical problem‑solving skills to resolve installation and commissioning challenges
• A professional, safety‑focused mindset suited to industrial environments
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a high‑performing project team
• Clean NZ driver’s licence
