We’re on the hunt for a qualified electrician to join a centralised maintenance team in Tauranga. You’ll be responsible for servicing a range of facilities — from office spaces and operational buildings to accommodation and housing — all for a single organisation. If you’re confident working independently and enjoy maintenance-focused work in a low-stress environment, this could be a great fit.
Location: Tauranga Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: Up for negotion $32-38
Your role will involve:
- Carrying out electrical maintenance across offices, facilities, and accommodation
- Responding to electrical repair requests and scheduled servicing
- Working closely with the on-site maintenance team
- Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical regulations
- Independently managing daily tasks and priorities
To be successful, you’ll need:
- NZ Electrical Registration and current practising licence
- Relevant experience in maintenance work
- Ability to work independently
- Full NZ driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Willingness to undergo an MOJ convictions check
