Description
We are looking for a new Office Manager. Existing Manager has been with us 13+ years & is changing trade.
Energy Services is a premium Electrical & HVAC company delivering all aspects of the Electrical & HVAC industry throughout the Bay of Plenty & beyond
Looking for someone to bring their spark to a great team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day office operations and systems (Xero, Fergus & Smartly)
- Supporting HR processes, payroll, and staff documentation
- Handling accounts payable/receivable and general financial admin
- Maintaining records, compliance, and health & safety documentation
About you:
- Proven experience in office management or senior administration
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Confident handling HR and payroll processes
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently
This is a hands-on, varied role supporting administration, HR, finance, and day-to-day office coordination.
You'll be the backbone of the office, working closely with management and the wider team to ensure everything runs efficiently.
Additional training may be provided if necessary
