Electrician

Bayside Electrical Services Ltd is an established and growing electrical company based in Tauranga. We handle all aspects of the electrical trade, including residential new builds, renovations, commercial fit-outs and service work, custom solar installations and Industrial and rural maintenance and machine repairs.

About Us We have been running for 9 years and have a diverse client base in different sectors. Our current team consists of 2 Electricians, 2 Apprentice Electricians (2nd and final year) and 1 administrator. We’re committed to continuous improvement and believe in developing our team members alongside us as we grow. We use job software in conjunction with internal systems to streamline our operations and we encourage our teams input to help improve on these continuously.

The Role We’re after an Electrician who can handle domestic and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be someone who works well within our team and can work effectively with other trades on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running small to medium projects independently.
• Delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintaining strong organisational and communication skills.
• Providing excellent customer service with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Friendly, reliable, well-presented and trustworthy.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage projects independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Fergus software (advantageous).
• Solar experience (advantageous).
• Current and clean NZ driver’s licence.
• Current NZ Electrical Practising Licence.
• Must pass police vetting checks
• NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
