Are you a qualified Electrician looking to move away from the tools-on-site lifestyle and step into a stable, factory-based role? Our client is seeking a skilled sparky with commercial or residential experience who's keen to broaden their work into production support, maintenance, and mentoring.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out electrical work within the factory environment
- Tagging & testing equipment to ensure compliance and safety
- Assisting with machine fitting, repairs, and upgrades
- Helping build and repair products on the production floor
- Working closely with the property/facility maintenance team
- Mentoring junior staff and signing off their electrical work
- Identifying faults, troubleshooting equipment, and improving processes
What We're Looking For
- NZ Qualified & Registered Electrician (EWRB)
- Experience in commercial or residential electrical work
- Confident working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
- Someone who enjoys variety, practical work, and solving problems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player with a long-term mindset
