Role:

This is an awesome opportunity for someone who enjoys service and maintenance work and takes pride in being reliable, adaptable, and good with clients. You'll be joining a well-established business specialising mainly in commercial HVAC and maintenance work, with some residential work mixed in for the right person.

The role is around 95% on the tools and would suit someone confident working independently, fault-finding on the fly, and managing reactive work where things need fixing properly and quickly. One minute you could be working on a ducted system, the next handling breakdown maintenance, compliance work, or commercial HVAC installs.

This company has built its reputation on reliability and long-standing relationships. It would suit someone who enjoys steady, hands-on work and being part of a smaller close-knit team, rather than someone chasing rapid career progression or climbing a big corporate ladder.

What we are looking for:

• HVAC and/or refrigeration experience highly regarded
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance ability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using tablets and digital job systems
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work independently
