The role
You’ll work across a range of premium residential and commercial renewable energy projects throughout Canterbury, including:
- Solar PV installations
- Battery storage systems
- EV charger installations
- Backup and hybrid power systems
- Fault finding, servicing, and upgrades
This is varied, hands-on work in one of the most exciting growth areas of the electrical trade.
What we’re looking for
- You’re an apprentice electrician
- New Zealand certificate in electrical pre-trade completed
- Strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Safety conscious + comfortable working at heights
Previous solar experience is an advantage but not essential. We can provide training for the right person.
