About the Role
As a Precast Operator, you will be involved in the full production process, including preparing moulds, pouring concrete, and using automated tools and equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, motivated, and enjoys hands‑on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Pour concrete accurately and safely
- Work with precast moulds, including preparation, assembly, and stripping
- Use automatic spanners and power tools confidently
- Assist with reinforcing placement and general production tasks
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with safety requirements
About You
- Comfortable working with tools, machinery, and hands‑on production tasks
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive, manual work
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Previous experience in precast, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
