Job Role: Gardener Employment Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour Minimum Hours of Work: Approx. 40 hours/week Based Location: Auckland

We’re currently seeking an Experienced Gardener to join our growing team. You’ll work across a variety of sites—from private residential gardens to large-scale commercial properties—helping us maintain beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces our clients can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and pruning trees and shrubs
• Planting and maintaining flower beds and garden features
• Weed control and pest management
• Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery
• Ability to work at the required pace and complete work on time
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
• Reporting any issues or hazards to the supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• Proven work experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance with a strong eye for detail
• Level 2 Horticulture qualification preferred
• Solid work ethic and genuine passion for gardening
• Current NZ driver’s license
• NZ residency or valid work visa (minimum 1 year remaining)
• Good physical fitness for outdoor work
