We're looking for a Sales Support & Administrator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote (with a weekly in person catch up meeting with management), full-time role and a key role within our business,
We need a sharp, reliable operator as you'll be the front line of the business, the person clients hear from first, the one supporting our sales people to keep the pipeline moving, and the glue that holds our admin together. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being organised, takes pride in their work, and wants a role where what they do actually makes a difference.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing all incoming leads: phone, email, website, Facebook and Google - and ensuring every enquiry gets a response within the hour Booking quote appointments and pre-screening jobs to protect the team's time Monitoring our quoting system (Quotient) daily and supporting our estimator with follow-ups Managing the business inbox each morning and flagging anything urgent to leadership Creating, Scheduling and posting content across Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile (3 posts per week) Publishing a weekly blog post and monthly client email campaign Keeping our CRM (Go High Level) clean, up to date, and organised Sending a weekly business snapshot every Friday covering leads, quotes, revenue and reviews Providing general admin support including document management
The successful applicant will have:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball Excellent written and spoken English A proactive, can-do attitude - you solve problems rather than wait to be told what to do Confidence communicating with clients over the phone and via email Experience in admin, customer service, or sales support Strong technology skills across Microsoft Office and Google Suite
