Description
We’re looking for a Structural Glazier to support our Tauranga team across commercial projects. In this role, you’ll deliver quality glazing on time and to spec, maintain a clean, safe work area, all while representing NZWindows professionally with every interaction.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role (40 hours per week) starting mid-January 2026 through to July 2026. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to join us permanently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load glazing items and materials for transport to site
- Cut and prep installation sundries
- Assemble speciality items and complete glazing to specification
- fulfil obligations under H&S regulations and work safely
What you'll bring:
- Structural glazing experience
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new tasks - asking questions when unsure
- Ability to receive feedback and use it for ongoing learning
- A professional manner, setting the standard for customers and colleagues
- Strong customer service, integrity, positive attitude and adaptability to changing assignments and projects
