Are you a passionate? Glamour Hair Boutique, a premier salon in Auckland and is seeking a talented Senior Stylist to join our team.

About Us:

At Glamour Hair Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional hair services in a vibrant and supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to continuous learning, creativity, and fostering a fun workplace culture.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Earnings: Our stylists earn between $25 - $65 per hour with our uncapped commission, plus retail commissions. With clear targets and support, you’re in control of your income.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy 9:45 am weekday starts and 4 pm finishes on Saturdays. We close between Christmas and New Year, ensuring you have quality time off.
• Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside a team that supports and uplifts each other, sharing ideas and helping as needed.
• Beautiful boutique salon: Our light-filled salon boasts 10 stations, 5 comfortable basins, barista-quality coffee, and the latest Wella products and all the tools to help you create your best work.
• Ongoing Education: We value continuous learning, offering in-salon and external training opportunities. As a Wella Red salon, we provide access to endless education and the full range of colours and care products, along with brands like K18, Olaplex, Qiqi, Nano, Keratin, Purestrands, and Ghd.
• Fun and Engaging Activities: From team outings and dinners to occasional Sunday fundays, we believe in celebrating our successes together.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the industry, with a strong passion for coloring blonde hair and creating flawless blends.
• Team Player: Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
• Passionate Professional: A stylist dedicated to delivering exceptional service and continuously honing their craft.
