Senior Stylist or Head Stylist

This role is based at our Takapuna salon and is suited to someone who is passionate about their craft, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a salon that prioritises culture, growth, and excellence.

We are open to applicants from New Zealand, Australia, and the UK.

The Options:

*Senior Stylist This role is ideal for an experienced stylist who is confident across all services and ready to take the next step in a premium salon environment.

You may come with an existing clientele or without one. If you are still building, we are more than happy to support you with structure, marketing, and training to grow your book.

You will be proficient in:

-All colour services -All haircutting including short hair -Styling and finishing -Ongoing training and development is available and encouraged.

*Head Stylist This is a senior leadership role for a stylist who is established, respected in their craft, and ready to influence the direction of the salon.

Applicants for this role must come with an existing clientele.

As Head Stylist you will:

-Be a key member of the salon leadership team -Contribute to strategic decisions for the salon -Work closely with the Training Manager to identify cutting and styling development needs across the team -Help assess when stylists are ready for promotion in line with our promotion policy -Stay at the leading edge of current haircuts and trends -Educate and mentor the team through advice, guidance, and hands on support -Be an active contributor in team meetings -Optionally represent the salon at industry events outside of the salon
