We’re now seeking a motivated senior or emerging stylist to join our team — someone who wants more than just a chair and is excited to grow with the salon.

This role is ideal for a stylist who is strong in colour and cutting and has a genuine interest in hair loss solutions, extensions, and hair loss systems. Experience in these areas is a bonus, but not essential — we provide education and support for the right stylist who is eager to learn and grow.

About the Role

This role goes beyond day-to-day styling. Alongside delivering exceptional colour, cutting, and styling services, you’ll play an active role in the growth and reputation of the salon. You’ll build long-term relationships with high-value clients through thoughtful consultations, honest recommendations, and consistently beautiful results. You’ll also be comfortable photographing and sharing your work on social media, helping showcase both your own talent and the salon brand.

About You

You’re a qualified stylist (emerging or experienced) who takes pride in your work and pays close attention to detail. You’re self-motivated, reliable, and professional, with a warm, client-focused approach. You enjoy being visible, are confident sharing your work online, and understand the value of building trust and reputation over time. You’re open to feedback, ongoing education, and being part of a supportive, high-standard team.

What You’ll Do

You’ll deliver high-quality colour, cutting, and styling services while maintaining excellent standards of hair health and client care. You’ll provide thoughtful consultations and professional recommendations, ensuring clients leave feeling confident and satisfied. You’ll build strong client relationships through exceptional service and rebooking habits. You’ll also contribute to the salon’s visibility by sharing your work on social media and supporting salon marketing initiatives.
