Rosehill Barbers is a cool modern-style urban barbershop. If you're a barber who's trained in classic and current techniques with a preference for both male & female clientele, you should be a great fit.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in a barbering role or barber assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hair products and their uses.

Responsibilities:

• Cutting, shaping, fading and trimming men’s hair with scissors and razors.
• Straightening and permanently waving hair with chemical solutions.
• Shaves and groom's men’s facial hair.
• Shampooing, conditioning and rinsing client’s hair.
• Massaging client's scalps during shampooing.
• Prepare and mix colour formulas for clients’ hair.
• Sells the correct retail products and provides advice on products and hairstyles.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles.
• Must be available to work on weekends.
• Able to do simple hair tattoos.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a barbering role or barber assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients.
• Knowledge of hair products and their uses is important.

Location: 27 Edinburgh Avenue, Papakura, Auckland.

Availability: You must be available to work from Wednesday to Sunday every week.

The role is permanent full-time, guaranteed minimum 32 hours a week.
