About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Stylist to join us at our salon at 136 Willow Street, Tauranga.

We're flexible with 20+ hours part time or full time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our loyal clientele in our salon. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a key role in driving the success of our hair dressing business.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified hairstylist, with demonstrable expertise in cutting, colouring and styling techniques
• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing

• Provide expert hairstyling and colour services to clients, showcasing your creativity and technical skills
• Contribute to the salon's business objectives by driving retail sales and promoting the salon's services
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques and products
• Assist with inventory management and salon administration tasks as required
