Job Vacancies – Available In Manukau Renovations and Maintenance Limited Team located in Auckland , New Zealand . Full time positions are available

We are seeking reliable and motivated staff for four key roles for our company . Candidates will be responsible for helping maintain our properties to a high standard, working safely and professionally.

1. Position Handyman – Property Maintenance Location : Auckland Region Number of position available : 1 Suggested Pay: $30 – $35 per hour Full time : minimum 32 hours and maximum will be 40 hours per week Experience & Qualifications: Experience will be beneficial but not necessary . Ability to use basic hand tools and a valid New Zealand driver licence is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general maintenance and minor repairs across properties.
• Assist with carpentry touch‑ups, equipment checks and onsite tasks.
• Maintain tidy and safe work areas and follow health & safety guidelines.
• Perform general repairs on doors, windows, locks and other structures

1. Position : Painter / Coatings Specialist Number of positions available : 1 Location : Auckland Region Pay rate : $25 Minimum and Maximum $30 per hour Hours : Minimum 32 hours and Maximum $40 hours per week Experience: Experience will be beneficial but not necessary . knowledge of surface prep and coatings. will be required to travel at different sites on daily basis . Driving licence will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces.
• Apply coatings with brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
• Keep tools clean and work areas organised.

1. Position Cleaner – Commercial & Facility Cleaning Number of positions available : 2 Location : Auckland Region Pay rate : $25 per hour Experience : not required , Previous cleaning experience is an advantage; knowledge of cleaning products and safety practices required. Hours : Minimum 32 hours and Maximum 40 hours will be required to travel at various sites on daily basis , Driving licence Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitise floors and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms, refill supplies and manage waste.
• Follow schedules and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Can do water blasting of buildings, driveways,concrete and roof

1. Position : Lawn Mower / Grounds Maintenance Worker Number of position available : 1 Position available in: Auckland Region Pay rate : $32 per hour Hours : Minimum : 32 hours and Maximum 35 hours per week Experience & Qualifications: Experience with lawn care or outdoor maintenance preferred; ability to operate mowers and outdoor equipment under supervision. Will be required to travel at different sites , Driving licence Required

Key Responsibilities:

• Mow and edge lawns, trim hedges, clear garden waste.
• Assist with basic landscaping and outdoor repairs.
• Keep outdoor areas neat and safe.
• Can do landscaping ( if needed)
