Description
Property technician labourer is an important role at Metro. The key part of this role is to support the Property Technician Manager and the landscape and operation managers in the construction set up of their building projects and assist the Property Mangers in maintaining the Metro Rental portfolio.
This is a very fast paced role with no two days the same.
Thinking on your feet and working to deadlines will be the norm for you.
Metro provides all tools required for you to achieve your work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/TASKS
- Prioritize daily tasks given by managers as required
- Full drivers licence requied
- Construction Projects - set up and decommission of the site which includes site boxes, temp toilets, temp security fences, silt fences, site maintenance & clearing, setting up staging furniture, weed & spraying
- Property Maintenance - assist the property managers in the maintenance of the Metro rental properties as required
- Landscaping/Civils/Building - assist the operations manager as required
- Garden Maintenance - at times on new and existing properties
- Painting - Assisting the painting crew at times as required
- Vehicles and tools - assisting the mangers with relocating vehicles and tools and any basic maintenance
- Deliveries - picking up and delivering materials as required
